Thanks (full_of_regrets) my 2008 Dodge Avenger starter wouldn't stop! I replaced starter & ignition switch! Starter still continue to spin! What else should I do?

The solenoid must be bad. If you disconnect the wire to the starter solenoid (not the large main wire) does it stop?

Either the solenoid is stuck or the bendix is stuck in the extended position.
