I don't have a picture (sorry) but I think I can be of help. I replaced mine yesterday and found no help on the internet as to where this is actually located. The VSS must be accessed from below the vehicle. It is located immediately to the right of the oil filter (on a first generation 3.2 TL). It's a lot easier to access by removing the plastic panel. This is a pain, as it's held on by six 10mm bolts as well as a number of plastic clips, but it's worth it. If you removed the oil filter it would be a piece of cake. As an aside, I purchased a part number 78410-SV4-003 (as opposed to the spec'ed SL4) online for $7 delivered and it works perfectly.
