How can I tell if a coil pack is starting to go bad? Truck runs rough at a complete stop

I just had new plugs, and wires put on
Possibility of bad gas?
Possible fuel filter?

If a coil goes bad you will get a CEL warning. It may take a few miles of driving before the code shows up.

Then take it off an bring it to an auto parts store for testing it to see if it is bad.
