When should the timing chain be replaced on a Toyoda Highlander 3.5 V6?

Timing chains are not replaced routinely, just if they are noisy.

    When does timing chain need changed on toyota camry? Mines not been changed car had 140K on it and I think the water pump may be going bad, having it looked at soon as they can get it in.
