why is my 1999 Acura not shifting out of first gear?

Any codes? When was the last time you service the transmission? Did you check the fluid? what's the condition of the fluid? are you leaking fluid? On the age of the vehicle it may be time for another transmission.

Hey pal!!! were here to try and help! but your question is very vague.Many things can cause a transmission to not shift properly that's why I asked you all the basic questions on service and fluid conditions. Pardon me all to hell fucker.
