Question type: Maintenance & Repair

If I understand correctly to loosen the wiper arm bolts and remount the arms in the down position (startpoint) will cause them to drive downward from the down parked position when I activate the system.

If you are in park position they should raise up not down.If you are unsure, when you check the nuts that hold the arms on,if they are not loose the motor is junk.
