alternator went out changed it and now car still won't start

I have a 2000 acura tl  my alternator went out just
swapped it and still won't start even with a new
battery is there a fuel pump switch or a reset I'm
supposed to do

Dash lights light up and when I turn key they get dim but hooked a different battery and still won't start when I turn key it makes the whining noise of trying to start but just won't
