2007 TACOMA 4WD EXTENDED CAB Is there a history of brake light problems

I just bought this 2007  TACO, and there is a problem with the tail lights and tag lights.

I notice that they get condensation and not very tight of a seal, if not addressed right away they rust up and you just unscrew clean,file or sand contacts paint silver again and change bulb hope this helps

no history of problems. trailer harness installed? alot of problems from them.
