automatic headlights not coming on by themselves

There is a Xenon Headlight Control Module that may have gone bad.

The auto lamps are inoperative—all auto head/park lamps Fuse 229 (15A). Check this. Controls power to the photocell and amplifier circuit.

Well, when I covered the light sensor, they came on. Perhaps it was just barely light enough to keep them from coming on. Thanks anyway.
