What can I do about my transmission

I have a 07 town car , I have no
fowred gears but have reverse.  It
started slipping went at a dead stop
then when I take off I t was like it
wasn't engaging drove it home and
once I parked it thats all she wrote .
Change the fluid since I had just
bought it from a dealership I thought
it would have been checked but had
never been change but with all new
fiuld still no forward

Make sure fluid is at correct level , slipping issues are not a good sign . the tranny may be bad and need a rebuild unless the fluid change was done wrong , ie. something was dropped when pan was removed or an additive was put in that's now gumming things up .
