Check engine light

I recently bought a  07 Lincoln Navigator and when I drove
on regular speed  runs fine but once I hit 80 mph the
check engine light comes on and start flashing , i went to
a autopart and got it check it , they told me it was a
misfired on celender 5 and 6 change spark plugs and coils
but still doing the same . Help me please and thank you

switch the injectors around and see if the problem follows the injector , the code tells you where the problem is not what to replace , it still has to be interpreted
