2001 Acura Integra tail lights don’t work

Hey guys so I noticed that my tail light don’t work I
checked all of the bulbs and they are all fine and the fuse
is fine to and also my dash wired doesn’t light up either
can anyone help me?

And also when I turn on my brights my driver side light goes out and my Winchell wiper start going but then when I turn on the regular lights they both turn on just fine
