What exactly does it mean when it says 5 years or 60,000 miles?
I'm over 5 years, but under the 60,000 miles.
Do I still have coverage?

No, you're over 5 years, but under the 60,000 miles. I believe it is whichever comes first, (either/or) 5 years or 60,000 miles.
