I had misplaced my key for my 2007 kia optima, How can I get another key?

Unless you dropped your key down a sewer or into a river...I would use your 2nd set of keys and continue to look for the 1st set that you misplaced ---OR---- are they too far gone to even bother looking for? Usually "misplaced items" turn up eventually, so I wouldn't run out and get another set made until you've exhausted all possibilities of where the 1st set might be.
