Loose side mirror. How do I fix it

Need to take off the inner door panel to get to the fasteners that hold it on and tighten back up.

Where I live we have a regular glass shop that repair windows, screens, etc that we go to. They will cut a new mirror and glue it on. Otherwise if you can get it off, just go to the hardware store and ask someone what types of glue they have for gluing that back on.
