Gas stuck on Full

I filled up 4 days ago and my and the
needle hasn't moved!

How many miles has the car been driven? If the tank was over-filled, it might take 40 miles for the needle to register. If not overfilled, the fuel sending unit might be stuck. Its part of the fuel pump which is located inside the fuel tank. If you are unfamiliar with operation of a fuel sending unit, you should take it to a qualified mechanic for diagnosis/repair.
