I hear something running under that hood whole my range rover is off... It's been going on for two days now. And today water started leaking water inside the car by the break pedal. Any ideas?

It was clear water and now my break is acting funny

Clear clean water appearing inside the cabin of any car is usually condensation from the A/C evaporator draining inside instead of out the tube that leads outside, like it's supposed to. Now, what that has to do with brakes I haven't a clue. Sorry, I know this was no help

Brakes been acting funny off and on since the first day... Do you have any idea what the noise could be that keeps running while the car is off

Possibly the fan, for the radiator. It will run until the temperature drops to an acceptable level. I can't think of anything else that would make enough sound for you to hear after the engine is shut down
