1990 Range Rover Engine

I have a 1990 Range Rover SUV that needs
a more powerful engine. I have done my
fair share of research and have found out
that a Jaguar S-Model 4.2 L V6 Twinturbo
Diesel Engine could possibly fit in this car.
Is this true? The car normally takes a Rover
3.9L V8. If not is there any other speedy
engine that could fit?

I think the real question here is - is this economically feasible? your talking about spending a lot of money swapping a ton of components and harnesses to make this swap happen
