No, Hands Free Link module is the bluetooth system ALL 2004+ TL had. Its built into the overhead console above the rear view mirror. It is the #1 cause of all battery drains on TL/MDX (MDX has it in the center console).

I am just using the video for a reference on where to find the HFL module. That vehicle is a 07-08 which has a different gauge cluster. All 04+ TL have Bluetooth hands free system, it was one of the first of its kind if not the first one in cars. Press the voice button and say Pair Phone, it should say something back to you. Remove the overhead console and disconnect the module, they are #1 cause of battery drain.

This issue is still prevalent on 2016 and 2017 TLX units. This is located behind glove compartment. I posted a video on YouTube to show how to access it since there was none available. Search "Acura TLX 2016 Telematics Bluetooth Disconnect"
