My B9 radio sound will not go out. Radio looks off and should be off but sound is still on.

My B9 radio sound will not go out. Radio  looks off and should be off but sound is still on.
After removing all fuses one at a time, the only one that shut the sound off was Engine fuse 6 - Back-up. What does that mean?

That's a weird one, but Subies do have weird one-off problems in old age...maybe especially the rare Tribecas?
