This thing just drop on my clutch foot while driving

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

Any guesses where this came from? What is it?

It is designed in a way that "pushes" on something. So it may be the spring that pushes your parking brake lever out when you release that brake. It may also provide return pressure for the clutch or brake pedal or the gas pedal. Take a look and see what's not working right anymore, then you'll have it.

Yeah, that makes sense... However, I was driving when this happened and the pedals kept working fine. I took a look and didn't find where this came from. I am really puzzled, haha
