I know that my car have 130hp, but our police not agree with my and said that it have 154hp

Take a look at this: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Saab_9-3 ---If you look at the first generation 9-3 Specifications area, you will see that the non-turbo 9-3 has 130 HP, but the next trim level above that with the turbo has 154 HP. If you do NOT have a turbo, you have 130 HP. ------ -----WHY do the police care anyway??-------
