How do I get to the drivers side power window control to replace it

Are u replacing it because the windows dont work from the driver's switch?

I think u can take a small flat tip screw driver or a butter knife and gently pry up on the trim of the old switch between the trim and the door panel and it comes out.

This is under the arm support on the door and has 4 switches on it It is not housed on the door itself.

there is like a grid for the swithes to fit through and is part of the arm rest. Impossible to lift out through there.

Ok then u will have to remove the door panel, it would help if u could upload a pic of the door panel and one of the switch.
