Question type: Maintenance & Repair

Been having this problem can't figure out. My car starts and stals
like its running out of gas when the car sits 4 awhile it will start right
up but if you shut it off when you try 2 restart it stales my fuel
pumps working fine plugs and wire's and fuel pressure regulator are
brand new there is no check engine light on I've had the scanner

Either that or your are having a fault with your V.A.T. system. Could be a bad key or you need to override the system. Google "Overriding the GM VAT system". Here is a short video to diagnose key issues: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Fpbz5oD0Vec
