Go to an auto parts store to use their scanner, or have them do it. You need a scanner to clear the codes.

Rowefast is right about clearing codes. But why would you have any codes? There are no codes for that kind of repair.

There is not a specific code for a bad starter, but because of a bad starter it is listed in some codes as a probable cause for a fix.
