does a 1994 have an alarm system that will shut off the injectors

I don't know of any factory alarm system that would do that but it doesn't mean that a previous owner might not have installed a third party alarm system that is capable of doing that.

Unless you are a retired Jaguar dealer you will not have the necessary diagnostic equipment and tools to fix this problem.
