Why is my 2004 Jaguar howling in the rear when leaving a parking space turning left?

Warning engine light on, rear howling
sound when leaving parking spot turning
left and some choking with sudden
acceleration. Had an oil change and rear
differential fluid change.  Still howling and
light still on. Should the light reset itself.
What could be the problem?
