Jaguar 2004 X type 2.1 petrol

Hi Guys, I have 2004 jaguar X Type 2.1 Petrol.The
problem i am getting when i starts car in morning
or after 10-12 hours, Breaks of car are very hard to
push even those breaks does not work.If put car
into drive position from neutral i need to stop car
with hand breaks.I been to few workshops they
could not find solution.Like breaks are too much
hard to press but after 10-15 mins if i leave car
start then break starts working when car gets
Hot.Please give me solution guys.Thanks

Mine are like this on the 3.0 but has gotten significantly better since I changed the break fluid
