Intake manifold removal

Can I remove the throttle body, upper and lower intake manifolds as one unit, or must remove them separately? My goal is to replace the intake manifold gaskets on my 5.7L. Thank you.

Wouldn't you want to replace/clean all the parts/gaskets ?
