Dash components not working

I have a 2001 Chrysler Town and Country
sometimes dashboard components work and
sometimes they don't. They haven't been working
the last couple of days. What could be causing
this.

Bad solder connections in the cluster, bad dash grounds, broken connector pins on the dash connector plug.
