1991 chevy s10 pickup.

Couldnt start so i changed all the spark
plugs, engine oil and oil filter. Now it can
start but hesitant and sound like dying. Is it
thr fuel pump.

The oily way to tell if it is the fuel pump is to get a pump pressure reading, also check the fuel regulator...
