2007 Toyota Camry LE programing transponder key and remote key. How to do it?

A little HISTORY please. What happened with this vehicle that requires these Programing Issues? Engine/Mileage?

Thanks for your response. I recently bought a used 2007 Toyota camry LE which came with only 1 key. I asked around dealerships and autolocksmiths and found out that its about $180 for getting new remote key made and I need 4 in total as the car is going to be used by other members of my family. So I decided to buy blank programmable keys and program them myself. I soon discovered that 2007 and later models cannot be programed by traditional methods of open/close car door or gas pedal methods, instead it has to be done using a computer connected to the cars ECU. Following a number of guides on various websites about programing an ECU I bought TIS software for toyota and the Mini VCI cable. The software installed fine on my windows 10 64-bit laptop but the cable driver couldn't since the available drivers mostly work with XP, vista, maybe win 7 and usually 32-bit. So now i am looking for another method to program the remotes, if not i am looking at paying a lot of $$$ to the dealership for it.

OK....the last time I had an issue like this I wound up at a POST HARDWARE STORE....who......cut new reprogrammable blanks and they all worked fine. Your situation seems to require 4 REMOTES.....Lock/Unlock/Trunk release operations including a Theft Deterrent System? That will probably require a DEALER SCAN TOOL....not readily available to Independent Shops and Repair Garages. It appears a trip to the Dealership will be required. I would be inclined to use an "OLD SCHOOL" method of operating an Automobile. You use a standard programmable key to unlock...enter...operate the vehicle.

Be aware you can't use a valet key to program other keys... Stan
