Google your make/model trucks standard height (for instance yours might be 70.4") then measure your trucks actual height (making adjustments for aftermarket wheel sizes) and see if or how much yours varies by. You could also look for installed parts that make up a typical lift kit.

Most people that work on cars could simply look at it and tell you. Ask a mechanic.
