I noticed that when I hook up my diagnostic
tool to my 92 Buick skylark nothing
happens. I took the car to a mechanic shop
and they told me that I lost power to the
port. All of the fuses are good. How do I find
out where I lost power at?

You would have to trace the wire back to its power source. It is usually part of the cigarette lighter circuit.
