Lights will not turn off.

I have a 1991 Buick park avenue. The lights and the
running lights will not turn off. Could it be a light
control module?

We have the same problem on our 2001. One site said it was the light control module. Located above a plastic panel under the dash just right of the steering column. Anywhere from $75 - $200 online. We have not tried to fix it yet. Good luck
