Your Buick has two fuse blocks (boxes), one under the hood, the other is under the rear seat cushion on the driver's side. Go to the fuse block under the rear seat and "remove the cushion". The lid might be labeled and you are looking for fuse #2. This fuse is located near the lower right hand corner of the block, third "location" going from right to left. The first location/spot is a large relay and the next two are small fuses. You want to pull the second fuse. Doesn't say how many amps but replace it with the same rating. Replace any other fuse that might be burnt.

The diagram is for blower motor, you can see the fuses. If your talking about another part of hvac, you need to be more specific.
