How can i fix my heat ?

My 2005 Buick lasabre custom blows Luke
warm air out the defrost and feels cold on
feet it switches from cold to hot with
actuator but when it switches to cold there is
more air flow

Sounds like a possible blend door issue. You have to pull dash panels to locate the actuator. Then check if they're moving correctly. It is possible to be the main control head but always inspect actuators first.
