Question type: Maintenance & Repair

Dashboard cluster panel and seat programming seem to be faulty. I bought this car used
from a local dealer. Should I hold manufacturer, dealer or no one responsible for repair?
Thank you.

My dashboard cluster panel was repaired but it was a TSB. It was done via the used car warranty.

a 2004 will not have any warranty from the manufactuer left on it. You don't say how many miles are on the car or how long you have had it, but if you bought it with over 75k miles it was most likely sold AS IS which would mean you are responsible for the repairs. If the dealer put a warranty on it for a certain lenght of time (for example, 30 days or 1000 miles) and you are within that mileage and time frame, then go to the dealer and talk to them about it.

Well this seems that a lot of GM's have cluser lights issues. How do I get this fixed

try googling your area to see if anyone repairs them- we have a local guy in Little Falls MN, 30 min. away who can do it- you should have someone where you are who can too.
