my control rods are tight  my shocks are tight  my wheel is tight  the bearing
dont
rock  ,could it be  a bad shock 2003 Buick lesabre

Worn shock, broken spring, control arm bushings, etc. You will need to get the back of the car in the air and check for play and worn parts. There are help videos on youtube that show how to check using a pry bar.
