Power Window Problems

Is there a known problem with the power windows?  We had a back window repaired 2
months ago, and today, the other back window and the passenger window will not work.  
The passenger window did not go down at all, and the back window went down, but would
not come back up.

By back window work fine my front one does not. I can roll them down that will roll up what do need for them
