Question type: Maintenance & Repair

I have a 2001 Buick Lesabre that doesn't blow cold air and when I put freon into
the car, it simply won't go through. Also on the inside, the left side blows hot air
and the right side blows out cold and the climate control doesn't change from
the windshield to down.

I would check pressure before trying to add refrigerant. An AC not blowing cold doesn't mean you are low on refrigerant, lots of other reasons can cause that, like a non working blend or mode door. (PS Freon hasn't been used in years.)

Definitely should check the pressure sounds like its full already and sounds like a blend door

I've fixed the refrigerant not going in issue, it was a sensor that caused the compressor not to have any current and it now blows cold. Anyways which blend door actuator is it, the left door or the right door?
