What kind of noise? Roaring, grinding, tapping, knocking, or pulley noises? Are all vacuum and air inlet hoses attached? Any holes in exhaust manifold or tube?

Exhaust crossover pipe broken and leaking exhaust? Hope that helps! Jim

It's a roaring noise, it sounds like a tanker. And I'm not sure of the hoses.

I'd suspect the exhaust crossover pipe then. It sits right there under the big rubber pipe that goes from the air filter box to the engine. It's a silver metal pipe that goes from the front to the back of the engine compartment. Hope that helps! Jim
