How to I disarm the secruity system, mine will not go to sleep and is draining my battery?

After a diagnostic test the mechanic told me that my battery was being drained because my security system will not go to sleep. Is there and easy fix for this other than taking it to the dealer.

Well I don't know much but another solution would be to buy a battery turn off switch
