I have a 1994 Buick lesabre with 187 thousand on the motor. The car seems jumpy when I slow down and when I'm at stop lights

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

The car also will die randomly when
I'm making a turn or sitting at a light
but it starts back up again no
problem and I go on my way and
eventually a few days later when I'm
slowing down or stopping I can feel it
either sucking in air or the fuel is
having a hard time getting around
and my car will randomly shut down
but again when I put it in park it
starts right back up and runs fine.

Throttle position sensor is a possibility. Sounds like what mine was doing at 257,000 miles. Replace with a Delco product and not a knock off. It will save you trouble later.
