i have a 93 buick lesabre the ac blowes out the windsheild after hitting buttons
back and forth between windsheild and middle vents the middle vents will start
to blow i was thinking HVAC Blend Door Actuator but wasnt sure could it be ac
control panel in the dash , and how to i test to find out which one it is.

The blend door blends cold and hot air......as described that is not your problem. Most likely you have a vacumn leak

Air only blows out of front vents (not from bottom heater or defroster) on 2002 Buick LeSabre I am only getting air to come out of the front vents of the dash. My blower speed works fine. I can switch it from hot to cold no prob. Had one mechanic look at and he replaced the blower motor which did not fix problem but another story as I was pissed they ripped me off as it did not fix problem.
