I have a 2010 Buick Lacrosse. I was using my A\C and OnStar phone while my radio was on as well. Pulled into the store shut my car off came back started back up and my radio stopped working. My control panel was lighted up and I could move my volume up and down but could not hear anything! Could not change stations either. I could use and hear OnStar and use my config button. Drove away, shut the car off and restarted and then my control panel went blank and could not see anything. Went home unplugged the battery and plugged battery back in. Turn car on and everything was back to normal. Never had this happen before! Do own 2 other newer GM vehicles but has only happened to my Buick. Hope this fixes things!
