2003 century no power

no power, dead throttle, car will accelerate very slowly up to 80kmh and thats it.
revs high when in neutral, but boggy and sluggish when in gear. t.p.s. was
changed and it didn't make a difference.

seems like possible limp mode, how do i get it out of limp mode?
