My 1999 Buick Century Limited is riding rough and lacking power. I was told there is water in the engine. What can I do to save my car? Anyone ever heard of a product called "Liquid Intelligence 245"?

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

I was told to buy a product called "Liquid Intelligence 245". It is supposed to be a PERMANENT FIX to a blown head gasket; which is what I was told is wrong with my 1999 Buick Century Limited. Can anyone tell me if I can save my car? It has never had this problem. Thanks
