Ur going to have to take the door panel off be careful not to break any clips it is held on with and disconet handels and any power switches then u will se the assembly u may have to play with it awhile be easy with it u dont want to break the glass all in all its not as bad as it seems if u have no experience tearing things apart i would take it to a shop.

How did it come off the track in the first place? Fifteen years doesn't seem like long enough for your plastics to want to start returning to the soil?! you might want to think about selling this car barring future critical plastics degridation~
