My rotors on My 2006 Chrysler town country I'M turning blue in a brake pedal pulses

...this is normal, as the brakes are applied involuntarily to stop you from a skid...if it's workin' right will only happen when skid conditions are there--- The traction control literally takes control...not sure there may be a way to switch it off...you and I will never get used to not having full control over braking....it just is~

it could be the old fashioned problem of caliper slides that were not lubricated and/or caliper studs not tightened properly...take a look at the rotor, you mentioned that it's blue, but how about your pad wear? are the pads worn evenly? Is the vented rotor worn equal sides of the vented center? To have them on all the time is bad, pulsing prior to a skid-out is the proper way it should operate...like I'm saying good old fashioned brake troubles...take it to a brake shop~
